“Some of the best Mexican food in town. The folks who run the place couldn’t be friendlier! I eat lots of Mexican all over town, and this is my favorite! My wife and I call it “Taco Palace” as a bit of a joke because the food is amazing and the kitchen is clean, but the ‘dining’ area is a dive. The tables and booths have to be at least third-hand, and the building is even worse. However, for me it just makes me feel like I’m in Mexico. Like I said, the kitchen is clean and that’s what really counts! I really like that every patron is hard pressed to sneak out the door without a thank you from one of the owners! Great people! Great food!”

“Tucked away on a little chunk of land on Fair St., you'll find this GEM of a Taco truck. As usual, I arrived at 1:15pm on a Taco Tuesday to find it busy, but not crowded. I ordered the usual for all my reviews...4 beef tacos and 4 chicken tacos, at $1.50 each. I stood to the side, and started taking the photos to add with this review. I had only been waiting 5 minutes, max, when my order was called out. I was startled it took so little time, and I was trepadicious about the quality. I was WRONG!! As pictured, the tacos had crispness to the shells that made it worthwhile, the meat was extremely plentiful and juicy, onions and cilantro for the whole Taco, AND grilled onions to go with the lemon and radishes. I ordered spicy, and wasn't disappointed in the flavor. The juice from the meat dripped onto the plate and other tacos, and for a split-second... it looked like Birria! I was actually smiling as I ate...I had found another truck that truly belonged in the Top 5 in town! It made a repeat customer out of me for other items at another time, but for you...please try it, you won't be disappointed.”

The bad( when I visited most of there lanes had broken machines, gutter balls were getting scored as strike. every dollar is two swipes/tokens for the arcade, but all the arcade games are about four or more swipes/tokens so one play on a game is actually about 2 dollars and I think that pretty expensive, especially becase your most likely already spending at least a hundred $ for the lane, shoes and food)”

“Probably the best pizza in Chico hands down, great service and friendly staff. Prices were very reasonable. This is my new favorite spot in town. Update: I have a couple recommendations. I would like to be able to come in for lunch. Not opening till 3 really puts a damper on eating here. There have been 3-4 instances in the past 2 weeks where friends wanted to grab lunch, we unfortunately had to pass up Mulberry as an option due to their hours. Another word of advice would be the ranch portions. When we ask for ranch for a full table, we’re only given one ramekin. We asked for 3 more (1 for each person) and only got 1 more. Kinda awkward. If handing out ranch is a financial issue, charge for it. I would happily pay extra to have adequate ranch for my pizza. I’m excited to see the beer menu grow, I did like my beers I had, but wish there was more variety. All and all, would love to see this place grow and flourish. Easily the best pizza in Chico, the beer menu could definitely use some work before I start buying Crawlers.”
