“So I originally had a good review for this place but I went in today used their new side order machines paid with card and when asked for receipt it asks for text and I don’t feel comfortable enough to have them text my phone for a receipt. Which is fine I hadn’t had problems before. When we got our food we noticed the drink cups I paid for were not included, but when we brought it up he asked us for a receipt to prove this. Again very reasonable to ask for it, we responded no we told them why, but he instead of saying sorry I can’t do anything about that handed us water cups said if we wanted soda that bad we could use those. When we paid for a medium and small cup, now I would have been fine with a sorry. He came off rude to my friend and I, so I asked nicely if he could bring the receipt on the computer because I know some systems you can; btw lady at the register super sweet, but this guy lots at me obviously infuriated glares at me the whole time I ask and apologize for using his time....I don’t wish to upset the workers but I did spend money and was trying to find a solution; the only part I disliked was his attitude!”
