“Service is quick. One issue with the drive-thru, you pull up to order and if you already know what you want, no problem. If you aren't sure then you have to go past the where you place your order to see the menu. This is poor planning and design. I can't believe this was accepted in the blueprints. Who is rersponsible for approving such an obvious flaw. Maybe they know something I don't but usually you look at a menu then place your order not the other way around. 🤔”

“I'm a big KFC lover and there chicken is my favorite out of all the fast food spots. I would only give this KFC a 3 star even though it's a brand new restaurant because the employees don't seem like they have been trained very well and twice I had to park and go back into tell them my meal was wrong. I suggest going inside and checking your meal before you leave. Other then the employees needing training time and making sure the person taking orders is well schooled in the menu and people skills, it's a true KFC and the food taste great I recommend eating in.”
