“I really like eating at the gourmet kitchen. I find myself wanting to go back. Ordering the dinners are a great way to go! The soups are great and everything I've tried is very tasty. The owner really cares about customers. I found out first hand. They were out of the chicken salad. We had ordered it with the dinner. So they gave us a bigger appetizer then we had ordered and they made it free. Now that's cool. Thank you guys. But I'm coming back for the salad! It's so good it's calling me back!”

The food this time was aweful. I had stuffed rigatoni and it was rubbery. I have had great dishes here. Not so much this time. Keep it real guys or we'll all start meeting up elsewhere. People don't just frequent restraints for good customer service.”

“Food was similar to other Fosters Freeze, we all know we come here for the included ice cream dessert! While soft-serve, it is still good, and you have lots of toppings to choose from. I had the breaded chicken strips. Was a little bummed they did not have honey-mustard sauce, so went with the barbeque sauce. French fries are tasty. Servers friendly and helpful.”

“Goodness...where do I start? Hair in my burger, a tendon snippet in my chicken nugget and half raw fries. (I must add that the soda was fine, however)....they could've at least held the poor customer service. Please, self-respecting citizens, ...don't ever eat here!! Update: 4/22/19 Decided to give them a second chance. Was impressed at the turn around. They still seem a bit understaffed and frazzled, and my heart goes out to them. But they do their best and my experience was completely different this time, in a good way. Hopefully things keep getting better for them.”

Service absolutely terrible! 3 weeks ago- I waited over 30 minutes for my food, finally pressed the button to ask how much longer and they totally forgot about me! 1 week ago- Went through the drive-thru, ordered my food, when I finally got to the window the lady was extremely rude and she somehow forgot my order and had to remake it so that took an extra 10 minutes. Day shift staff needs a lot more training. Night shift staff are awesome!”

“We are a local dog training company. Many of our dogs come from areas outside of Oroville for our board and train program. One thing we like to do is work with dogs in dog friendly outdoor dining establishments. This is an area Oroville lacks GREATLY in forcing us to drive 30 minutes to work on this type of training however Starbucks is a great option! we utilize it often in our training and the staff couldn't be nicer.”
