“Called to order on a Friday night and John answered to take my order and was a great pleasure to deal with, didn't rush me or anything even though I knew they were EXTREMELY busy. Just the phone call with John alone was a great experience and he told me it would take about 45/hour for delivery. The second an hour had gone by, John gave me a call letting me know they just got backed up and my order was taking longer than expected, and i understood and had no problem with that. Then they went on to correct the issue and went 10 times above and beyond to make things right. Order was perfect but the service I received was even better. Thanks”

We used to be able to get in and out quickly during my lunch hour at work - but not so much anymore. They have been really short staffed lately. You should either order ahead to go - or plan to go when you are not in any hurry. The last few times we've been there over the last 6 weeks it's taken really long. Today it took 45 minutes to get our food from the time we ordered. The waitress was working hard, but they need more help. Which is the only reason I am giving a 4 instead of a 5.”
