Food and service okay, but otherwise not as nice as it used to be. Food served on plastic trays, and bottomless fries no longer come in the nice stainless steel basket, but just plopped on the tray. The standard milk shake used to come with the excess in the stainless steel mixer cup to refill your glass. Now you have to pay extra for that, otherwise you just get a "classic" one glass. The coconut pineapple smoothie was supposed to come with whipped cream and a cherry, but had neither. The tables and menus were sticky and dirty, and the tabletop electronic checkout kiosk was also gross. Yuck.

My 2 sisters and I all have birthdays in March so we decided to meet at Red Robin in Brentwood to celebrate. Our waitress was so pleasant and competent we really enjoyed ourselves. The food was delicious. After we ate we were surprised with six waitresses coming to our table and presenting us b day sundaes and singing Happy b day. We plan to return soon.

The people in here are great. We came into celebrate my son's birthday. They catered to him and made him feel extra special. Thank you for the great service and the great food. We allways get the bottomless floats and they kept bringing them as promised. We will definitely be going again.
