Free Wifi. Local treat. Date spot. Sparce parking. Recommend the Okinawa or Rose milk teas ????????✨???? Not usually busy, but if it does it dies out pretty quick. Hot spot for college & high school students. Love the late night deals after 8pm. Overall, fun little place in downtown concord. Sadly, they don't have fun games like Jenga or cards anymore since other customers didn't treat them properly. Wish they would replace them~

Courteous staff, and fast service. The seatings are comfortable; and there are games for people to play in the store (kudos to that).

Tea was good, especially the Classical Rose Milk Tea. The only thing with the tea is that it doesn't come with any topping; charge for toppings varies depending on which one you order. Loved the Fried Calamari, highly recommended! The Popcorn Chicken could use a little more taste.

Plan on going back again to try other items.

One of the best pearl tea places around. Their chicken bites are cooked perfectly everytime. It's juicy and meaty with just enough breading to make it nice and crispy. The waffles are also good. This is the only place I go to for snacks that go well with my tea.
