    Incredibly delicious, meticulously prepared sushi, all from a chef who really cares about his customers enjoying their meal and learning how to fully enjoy this cuisine. Definitely recommend.

    Make a reservation, give yourself two hours, get the 16 piece omakase, enjoy the chef and his wife as they prepare some of the best sushi you'll ever have.

    5-stars is unequivocal. Aki San had been making sushi for 4 decades. He takes deep pride in making everything from scratch. His own unagi sauce. Cold smoking his own salmon. Sourcing the finest fish. It is a mom and pop tip quality sushi restaurant. Be forewarned... 2 seatings of 6 at the bar only!
