My friends and I have been going to Postino’s for lunch & dinner for years. I’ve never had a mediocre or bad meal. The service is friendly, efficient and
Knowledgeable regarding the wines. The other night I had the yellow fin tuna which was seared, served with a German style potato salad which was excellent. We shared a bottle of Rombauer which always satisfies. My friend had the rib eye steak
which was cooked perfectly and served with veggies. We also shared the steak tartare as an appetizer. The ambiance and meal was perfect.
Definitely check it out.

Reservations are must at this charming destination. The patio is cozy for being on Mt. Diablo Blvd. The Fritto Misto is suburb. The beef short ribs are to die for, they melt in your mouth along with the creamy polenta. Postino gets very busy and if you don't have reservations it can be difficult to get into. The food is outstanding. This place is good for celebrations and special occasions or just a date night.

Food is amazing— it makes the experience. The food itself deserves 5 stars.

The reason I’m giving this restaurant 3 stars is because their customer service is lacking. If you can get past the hostess, the experience is great.

Mid-upscale dining option in Lafayette. Dishes are thoughtful and for all I've tried so far, delicious. Extensive wine menu to go with it. Not cheap though. Inside is lovely with exposed brickwork and fireplaces. Worth it to celebrate something.

I have been going to Postino for the last 15 years and finally decided to write a review. The service is friendly and exceptional. The food quality continues to impress. I love the facility as its a combination of cozy and eloquent. Touche to the folks at Postino for providing a cool dining experience.
