Nice ambience, short easy menu, good food. Chef visits and is very attentive. Would visit again.

We have found The Cooperage to be inconstant. Sometime is good with excellent service and other times it has been inattentive service and the food was just okay. Once we were on the patio and table would not stop rocking, we asked if anything could be done about it...25 minutes later it was corrected, after our second request or to please move us. One of the dishes that I have enjoyed is the Shrimp & Grits. It was flavorful and the grits were done to perfection.

Bustling popular and large establishment. Cute location with shops beautiful trees and hills in the distance. The locals seem to come here for birthdays and celebrations. Good for large groups. It can get very loud on the weekend and not quiet enough to really talk or have conversations. The bar area looked full and the beers were popular as I walked past. . Our table ordered an omelette, a scramble and a chicken sandwich. The food was average. We waited over 35 minutes for our food which I felt was not warranted given that the large birthday party had left right when we sat down. Burgers and sandwiches and eggs were all that were being made in the kitchen and not sure what was so complicated or taking so long. Our waitress was busy cleaning tables most of the time instead of serving customers so not sure if they were understaffed. Don’t they have bus boys ? I saw various staff bringing food to the tables and it wasn’t our waitress who brought our food which was weird, what do the food bringers do ? Bring food only ? No one was friendly. Very cold human environment .

Nice place. Food decent. Unfortunately ours took quite a long time to arrive and was on the cool side of warm, so a bit disappointing. Oh well! Service was fine.
