(March 8, 2019, 12:33 am)In my area. Japanese restaurants with Japanese owner or sushi chef is a rarity. This is a last one... I'm not saying Japanese restaurants with a Chonese chef are inferior, but few treats food as an art and devotion, just a money maker. Their specialty sushi's are innovative and delicious. My favorite is Crouching Tiger.

(May 31, 2018, 4:09 pm)Small quiet sushi joint, perfect for a date night. Went at 8 and sat at the sushi bar. Server was very nice and friendly. Had really good cold sake(had a little ice chamber to keep it cold) miso soup and tofu to start. The sushi rolls were made quick, and they were amazing! Reasonably priced too. We both really enjoyed our dinner date. Will be back

(December 22, 2017, 6:20 pm)Amazing, attentive staff with perfect service. Delicious, authentic sushi and Japanese dishes. Small, cozy restaurant which also offers take out. Offer Japenese soft drinks as well. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for delicious Japanese cuisine.
