Place has a nice feel. We are vegetarians so I can only speak to the vegetarian options. Grilled eggplant was delicious and was ready to melt in mouth. All the vegetarian sushi we ordered had great presentation and tasted delicious. I really like the variety they had. Would have to go there again to try other things on the menu. Service was a bit slow so I would go there with time in hand. Glad to have found a vegetarian sushi place in the area!

    REALLY REALLY GOOD SUSHI!
Service is slow except when I have a young girl with short hair working! She’s fast!

Delicious glazed black cod. Tender fish fillet contrasting in texture with glass noodle and endamame. Vegetarian tempura soba was excellent too.

Price was good. Service was slow but worth the wait.

Highly recommend this restaurant, if you enjoy leisure dinning.

Our first time eating here. We wanted to try this place since they had vegetarian and or vegan options. Don't know how long this place has been open but it seemed to be newish and working on everything from the food presentation to outdoor seating without working heaters.
The food was good but unimpressive in both taste and appearance when compared with other Japanese restaurants in the area and price range.

I love authentic sushi. Correct portions, fresh fish and Omakase. I seek out the best spots to enjoy a traditional sushi experience. Kiku is hands down the best sushi available in the East bay. Plus, they are doing BYOB right now which makes the experience that much more fun and unique.
