Rubio's Coastal Grill

I recently went to your location last week with my daughter. As I entered the establishment it was full of people and a slight line. The cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. She was able to recommend items as I usually don’t eat there. When we got our food. It was handed to us by a gentleman who was friendly and had a smile on his face. The food was amazing and I’d definitely would come back. I had asked for the manager to tell him my experience. I believe his name was Sabas. I expressed how happy I was with my experience and how clean the establishment looked. His was very friendly and told me to say hi the next time I was in. It’s nice to see a manager who truly cares about his customers and helps his staff (he was behind the counter helping prepare food, while the line was almost out the door). You should be very happy to have someone like him in your establishment.

I visited this location this last taco Tuesday and everything was nice and clean although they were very busy the staff had great customer service and tried to be fast and efficient. The manager Sabas had came out from making food and was nice and sincere and tried to accommodate for customers. I appreciate managers that keep their composure when it’s chaotic and when they’re short staffed. Will definitely be back for the fish tacos and service!

This location is pretty big and has a lot of seating. We have been here quite a few times. Staff is always so helpful and nice. Food is always good and they take custom orders well. The bathrooms and tables could be cleaner. The biggest complaint I have is the music. The music is really horrible and sounds like something a thirteen-year-old would like. Please just play oldies everyone likes them!

Great tasting food and limited time specials that rotate. Wait times were a bit long but place was busy during the lunch time hours. Employees seemed curtious and were taking care of the ordering line promptly. Would recommend this location.
