Good quality food (especially for the price) and fast delivery. The drivers have always been polite and friendly. I've been ordering from this place probably an average of once or twice a month since they opened and they've always been on point. On the rare occasion my food is late they apologize and usually a free cookie, chips, or giftcard. I've never been left feeling dissatisfied by this place. Unlike some other fast food places or delivery places that just kinda have an "eh, it happens" attitude when they get orders wrong, JJ's is always trying to do right.

The interior is nice enough, but their delivery is where they really shine. I have never wondered "where the heck is the Jimmy John's guy?" They're prompt, dependable, and their food has been exactly what I've expected. Vastly better than Subway and comparable price. Our go-to delivery place in Walnut Creek.
