Awesome food, good drinks. Fun for the adult crowd at night - fairly family friendly in the day time.

It's one of the best places in Walnut Creek downtown to hangout. Ambience is so vibrant, food is so awesome & that too not very expensive. Owner is also a great person.

Very good food and great drinks. I am mostly in love with their dim sum. They have a huge variety and I’ve tried them all! I was honestly surprised to see a kids menu so I was excited to be able to order my munchkin some chicken nuggets that actually tastes like real chicken! The best time to go is at night when the fire pits are lit in the middle of the table. Great dating spot and also a cool hangout spot for you and your friends. If you don’t plan on ordering huge portions of food then you have the awesome option of ordering small plates.

A fun little restaurant and bar. They have a nice mix of indoor and outdoor seating, with a couple fire pits/tables outside. Their happy hour menu is decent with reasonable prices. As the name implies, they serve Asian style food. The bar area is relatively small and can get crowed in the evenings. Modern China is also walking distance to several other bars. Overall I would recommend as a bar or place to grab a bite.

Marvelous food. Some of the best dim sum and a variety of other delightful dishes. Only negatives are that they have big TVs this playing football and other type of games which made it feel more like a sports bar. And as surprising as it may be to some people, some of us don't care to watch sports at all and certainly not what we're having an expensive dinner out. But the food was marvelous
