Mona's Burgers & Shakes

I'm not a burger person but I usually spend a day here for lunch weekly. My first craving after I regained my conciousness after a 2 month-long coma was a Mona burger. This branch is so much better than the original in Walnut Creek on Ygnacio... much better draft beer selection, service and ambience. The skinny fries, both plain and with added garlic / parsley are finger licking good. Milk shakes are a favorite of local teens.

Mona's make you moan...it is so yummy. The Diablo burger with freshly grilled jalepeno's is nice and spicy. My husband loves his burger rare and most places screw it up by over cooking it, not Mona's it has always be done to perfection. Their milkshakes and malts are made like true old fashion style ones. Love their onion rings and fries. Mona's burgers is not really fast food since it made to order and with care.

Mona's burgers was delicious. I ordered the Mona Burger and skinny fries, I could not put my burger down it was so juicy and the fries perfectly cut not too much salt, yummy????. They have a public restroom in the back and waitresses were attentive to our wants and needs. I recommend this place to anyone who loves specialty burgers.

Top of the line burgers! Upscale burger joint lol. Burgers are really great, good selection of menu items. On the expensive side but what a treat for a great dinner. Great fries and shakes too. Worth the drive to this Mona's from anywhere in the East Bay. Try it, I dare ya.
