    Man, im gonna miss this place (im moving from the area). I really like it here and would drive 20mins just for these bagels. My only reason issue is the 'hit or miss' of quality service.

    No one in particular was rude or "served" me wrong, but I would like to say that the quality of service and attention to detail needs improvement.

    For example, when making a sandwich or bagel, ask if we want it cut or if our order is to go/"here", etc. Basic stuff but it goes a long way.

    Having lived on the east coast for the past 9 years, including in New York for 6 years, I can comment comfortably on the bagel quality, Very good for west coast. Not exactly New York bagel but still very good. As a regular customer, I can confidently say that the service is consistently excellent: fast and friendly and the place is always organized. For someone from the other side of the continent, the Noah chain is similar to Einstein Bagels but comparably nicer to dine in.

    Great customer service!!! The mushroom/spinach egg sandwich is my favorite...Hubby likes the pumpernickel

    The service at this location is top notch, they really care about their customers would have given five stars if infrastructure was better.
