The Ring of Fire BBQ

Husband fully enjoyed the pulled pork tots with cheese sauce. Tots were crisp, pork was tender, flavorful and juicy, I ordered the brisket sandwich and coleslaw. Amazing!!! Brisket was delish and tender, bread fresh not soggy, sauces were SO DARN GOOD!!! Coleslaw was sweet and tangy.

Finally made a visit to The Ring of Fire ! Had the brisket, pulled pork with 2 sides. The potato salad and coleslaw were very fresh and made in house. The meats were smoked to perfection. Ken let us try all of their homemade sauces and they were incredible. Will be back again !

Seriously some of the best BBQ I've ever had- no overpowering sauces or rub, (although both are damn tasty!) - just really well-done meat. Sides are excellent too- try the coleslaw- its got a heat that slowly builds for a fun twist!

Well run establishment. No ordering at table, but the service is fast. Good beer selection, portions are fair for the price. Clean and bright. Park in the back, not on the Chevron side.

My husband and I frequent this place 1 to 2 times a week and have tried everything but the tri-trip and can honestly say it's the best BBQ we've ever had! The hog pile (tater tots covered with pulled pork) are amazing! Brisket is also very tasty! Not only is the food amazing the owners are such genuine hardworking people and their passion for food shows.
