I had the shrimp tacos, and the dill aioli was delicious.
We also had the Poke nachos and Drunken Chicken.
Food was good and tasted fresh. The pork sandwich was a bit greasy but very tasty. Portions were very generous. Nachos were very good. Poke bowl was good but the menu doesn't mention wasabi or horseradish on it so that was a downer because my husband doesn't like that. Overall great addition to Camino!
Just had dinner there tonight, and I was pleasantly surprised on how good this place is! The ahi in the poke bowl is phenomenal! That dish was so delicious and refreshing! The service was also impeccable. Unfortunately, that location has had a high turnover rate for restaurants, but I really hope this place sticks around. We don’t have anything close to this in our county and it is such a welcoming environment with amazing food! Please go check them out and let’s keep them around!
We've been here twice now, and both of our experiences have been wonderful. The staff is very nice, helpful, and accommodating. They have really worked to create a tropical and relaxed Hawaiian atmosphere at their Camino location and its nice to have a new restaurant in town. The food is delicious and they give generous portions. We chose to have the Mahi fish and chips and one choice Teriyaki chicken mixed plate. Both were yummy. Their Macaroni salad is also top notch, and their beer list is great! We will be going back again. Thank you for the lovely service!
What a slice of paradise in Camino! My wife and I live in Pollock, and we were so happy to see a new restaurant pop up in our area, and a Hawaiian one at that!
We ordered two of the Hawaiian mixed plates. One with chicken katsu and teriyaki beef, the other with kalua pork and teriyaki chicken. The portions were large, and the flavor on every single item was incredible. We were especially fans of the kalua pork. It was out of this world good. It truly tasted like we were eating at a luau in Hawaii. The mac salad and rice were great as well. All authentic and delicious.
Additionally, they have great local brews on tap (e.g. Fort Rock, Burning Barrel, Knee Deep, etc).
Mahalo Tropic Island for a great experience and amazing food!
We will definitely be back.
