Pete's Restaurant & Brewhouse - El Dorado Hills

The food was good. They did have a bit of a fruit fly problem, which my mon said is a bad sign. She was not happy with the place. Good service, but it looked like the restaurant manager had to help out the server. The manager was on her game.

Will I go back.....I'll put them on the maybe list.

The staff here are super polite and very talkative. It was very enjoyable. The atmosphere was good and restaurant clean. Food to table had good timing. I substituted my fries and bacon for onion rings, and got less than 10 rings. 😖 Also, my cheesesteak sandwich was lacking cheese. I had to hunt for it and barely found any. Do not get the cheesesteak here not worth the money at all. I probably won’t ever go back.

This is our go-to place in the area to order pizza for takeout.
What we like:
- the variety of crusts: regular, thin, and gluten-free
- a range of sauces: BBQ, Garlic Ranch, Pesto and Regular Red
- good turnaround time - it doesn't take long from ordering to picking up
- usually, the crust is well-baked - cooked evenly and thoroughly.

Room for improvements:
- the thin crust could be thinner
- we wish there were more topping options such as tuna, capers, arugula, corn, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil,
- we wish there had been an addition of garlic béchamel sauce to the sauce selection.
