Great addition to the local restaurant scene. Service was excellent, friendly attentive and detailed. Ambience was great, yes a little loud as other reviewers have pointed out but not overpowering and created a sense of a family get together. Food was great, we started with the calamari and crispy risotto. Latter was excellent and highly recommended. Calamari was fresh, cooked well but lacked seasoning. We had the ravioli and the carbonara both of which were excellent. Taste of fresh pasta made this a stand out set of courses. Great wine list. Will be back.

Love this place, my new favorite Italian place close to home. We did the wine pairing dinner last night and it was decadent! Lou is such a wonderful and considerate owner and host. We feel lucky to be there every time. I recommend planning ahead, you'll need reservations.

The most wonderful and decadent food & wine! I will be dreaming about the lasagna! We finished up with the fresh-baked cinnamon roll! Haley is so attentive and enthusiastic! She made our dining experience top notch!!

If you’re on the fence about trying a brand new restaurant JUST GO. You won’t regret it. Vacanza Romana is Delicious. Everyone is so Friendly. The space is Inviting. Beautiful decor and ambiance!!!
The fried mozzarella and the mushroom salad was surprisingly delicious, it was so simple but executed perfectly. My guests raved about the fried artichoke and butternut squash ravioli!

Absolutely amazing! Beautiful fine dining, great for date night. All of the staff are very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent! The grilled octopus and seared scallops are on Point! 10/10 definitely will be going back.
