Waterfall Buffet

Considering that this is a buffet, the restaurant is elegant, well staffed, the service is attentive. There has been some staff turnover, and hope that it was for positive reasons. Staff turnover is always a reflection upon management. There are two sides in the restaurant for seating, the left side is more dim because it's further from the windows; the right side has the best views and the booths reserved for the VIP.

The buffet has international flavors, Mexican, Italian, American, and Asian dishes for example. Salad for the ladies and pizza, burgers, and hot dogs too for the younger crowd.

I have been eating here occasionally for several years. The busiest times are during graduations and holidays.

The view is fabulous. Parking, and RV parking is plentiful. Spots for electric cars are available.

Well suited for those with physical disabilities and the handicapped.

Smoking is present, but well vented.

There are upscale, award-winning, romantic restaurants and a gift shop.

It's a little away east from Sacramento along the 50 freeway, but the view is well worth it, especially when you reach the hills and leave the densely populated areas of Sacramento and Folsom. Remember to be respectful of the wildlife. It's their home.

Be prepared to stand in line for seafood on fridays. It is always busy.
