The place was clean and organized. Food is a hit and miss. Most of the food I have tried are more of a hit than a miss and that's the reason for the 4 stars. Dessert could have done a better selection than the usual desserts you get anywhere else if this cost me $39. And BTW the Creme brulee that some people are referring to is more of a Spanish flan. Do not expect seafood. No crab legs, lobster abundance of shrimp, scallops and crawfish. Would I go back? Yes but not for a while.

The buffet has been closed for some time now, both due to COVID-19 and a remodel that Red Hawk undertook, which delayed the reopening of the buffet. With the cost of literally everything going up these days, it was inevitable that the cost of the buffet at Red Hawk Casino would go up too. That being said, it was nice to stop in and try the buffet and take in the view if you're lucky enough to get a table by the window.

We stopped in on a Saturday for brunch and were lucky enough to get a table by the window. Overall appearances of both the tables and the general areas around were clean and tidy. Service has changed a little bit, with drink service now being self-serve unlike before where you could order your drinks from your wait staff. If you're inclined to have an alcoholic beverage, those can still be ordered while in the buffet, but you will have to wait for one of the cocktail waitresses to stop by to take your order.

Saturday Brunch had a myriad and diverse selection of foods to cleanse almost any palate. From sushi, classic Chinese dishes, to a full-on roasted pig with a carver at the ready to serve you any part of that pig.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we're happy to see this buffet reopen. We look forward to more visits in the near future.

I wasn't impressed. The pot stickers were almost all fallen apart in the serving tray. Even with extra handling I've never seen pot stickers so fragile. The sushi looked a mess and it wasn't labeled by flavor. I was trying to identify the California rolls but could not tell by looking at them. One of the yellow squash in the stir fry still had the brown stem. The chow mein and fried rice were paler than usual, as if there was not quite enough brown sauce added. The fish balls were rubbery, but then I've never had those before so I'm not sure if that's just how they are supposed to be. The teriyaki chicken was awesome though. Nothing else really looked very appetizing so I ended up getting just salad on my second serving. For $29 I just expected it to be more impressive.

Food is good like before. Remodel is nice. Cashiers could be friendlier. Price is RIDICULOUS, increased by 10 bucks and can No Longer Do Any Discounts With Member Play Cards. 😒
