    Absolutely love Jimboy's Tacos ground beef tacos with a crispy corn tortilla shell coated in parmesan cheese. We make it a point to stop in their Placerville location any time we are in the area on our way to or from South Lake Tahoe. "Fast food"? Yes, but better quality, by far, than Taco Bell and Del Taco. They also serve combo plates with beans, rice and enchiladas, for example.

    I the carnitas and beef here are very good. The drive thru is usually pretty quick and the staff are friendly. Decent value for the money. The menu is elaborate and diet friendly (the calories are listed). I have had good experiences over the years.

    Their tacos are very special. Nice atmosphere. Upscale from their biggest competitor.
