Had the worst day but they were so accommodating. Amazing food and lovely atmosphere. ❤️ will be going back.
I live in Pollock and have been looking for a good Mexican restaurant since we moved here last year. LA Comida food is fantastic and I will bring my family back again. The restaurant is small so come early! It comfy, cozy and home like atmosphere. I got the taco salad with chicken. It was delicious and they have picked onions which I loved. Wish they would bottled those up to sell! My 4 and 4 yr old got a beef taco and cheese quesadilla. They ate it all up, but also plenty to take home. My husband got the super burrito, just the right amount of meat, rice, beans and all the other ingredients! And free chips and salsa! They also have a Facebook page make sure to them out for menu updates and specials.
Hooray there's an awesome Mexican restaurant in town! We had the taco salad and a super burrito and both were awesome. The chips are homemade goodness and everything was very tasty, not bland nor too spicy. We can't wait to come back!
Was greeted & seated right away. Bright and clean inside. The chips and salsa were so good! I had to stop eating them so I'd have room for my fajitas. Soo much food & such great flavor!
I had enough for lunch the next day 😊
Thank you La Comida!
Was extremely excited to have a Mexican restaurant in town! Disappointed in the flavor of the food. The chips and service were great, but the food seriously lacked that kick and aromatic nature that Mexican food is known for. My suggestion would be to season the meat more, and add things that bring the flavor to your meals. Cilantro, onion, hot sauces, peppers, corn, etc. The burrito, for example, was just a couple steps away from being solid. I’ll give this place another shot if I hear of some changes to the food. Apologies if this review seems subjective.
I understand it takes time for staff to acclimate and get into a rhythm so I have hope things will change in the future. Hoping I can update this review to a 5 star given some time.
