Food was good but beans and rice were luke warm. That’s an easy fix. Give them a chance to work out the kinks.

We just tried Pacos, and the enchiladas and tamal were great, really loved the sauce! A couple notes for changes I would like to see to bring it up another notch: please have a hot salsa option that is less chunky. Salsa is a huge factor in the experience of a Mexican restaurant. Next, the margaritas could use some more lime, it was a little too sweet. I really hope you consider these changes. Thank you, so happy to have another restaurant up in Pollock Pines!

This place is Amazing!
The food is great, the lobby is brand new and comfy and the best in Pollock Pines. Their prices are low and if you don't want to sit down, they do take out as well.
I will be going here often.
They also have alcohol unlike many other Mexican food places.
The staff is friendly and cheerful. Just awesome.
