    The staff here were really nice and service was quick.

    Hopefully, normally they can get a simple order right. Ordered Xtra pickles on my burger, the server repested my request back to me; it was written on the receipt for my order - not ONE pickle inside the burger I received. For me, a burger isn't a good burger without dill pickle slices in it. :-{D

    When I think of great customer service. I'll forever think of this Jack in The box. Our order was wrong. I forgot to say plain. Not their fault. They fixed my little ones food and refused to charge me. Simply wonderful staff
