“I ordered from the kiosk today, sat down and awaited my lunch. An employee came over and let me know that they were out of broth for the broth bowls. Since I didn't want anything else, I was pretty disappointed. However, he kindly cancelled the order and gave me my drink for free. Not a perfect experience but the customer service was on point. Also, I highly recommend mixing their black tea with their blood orange lemonade .”
