Since I didn't want anything else, I was pretty disappointed. However, he kindly cancelled the order and gave me my drink for free. Not a perfect experience but the customer service was on point. The associates are welcoming and will recommend their favorites to you as you discuss your love for the pies and whatever other pastry that has you salivating. Update - I was am sorely disappointed to hear that the Lemon Hand Pies have been discontinued. I appreciate the call I received from Randy in Fresno, CA to notify me. However it is still on the website listed as a menu item. This is false advertising. I would suggest updating your website. Advising the day to day staff personnel at your stores to make this clear, maybe even possibly a small sign in the baked goods section such as, "We're sorry for the delay in updating the website, the lemon hand pies have been discontinued. " Again very disappointed with this decision as the lemon hand pies were my favorite dessert/baked sweet item there.”
