“I'd give this McDonald's 5 stars any day, but today I ordered 2 caramel frappe' and after a 7 minute wait for one of them, I ended up with a frappe' that tasted like ice that was blended with very bitter old coffee that had been warming in the bottom of the carafe since morning with a little whipped cream and caramel on top. Never had anything like it. It was bad. But I will try again because that was the first time I have been disappointed.”

“Went there for a Kinu cafe meeting. Food was great but had to ask for drinks for myself and my friends still in waiting over 5 times. My friends are shy like that and so I’m the one who will speak up. I understand they got busy but I already asked twice prior to the excess of people coming in. They even brought a wrong order to the head of our meeting. She had ordered a strawberry funnel cake but instead got chocolate and so she didn’t eat it and just bought another. Just next time if there’s a reserved room of more than five people and it’s not that busy, just check in more often so that the orders are correct or orders can get to us.”
