(October 4, 2021, 12:47 am)I pay attention to my intuition and my intuition said step into this place for some fish and chips, and boy was I correct! Beer-battered cod, plank fries, and an amazing dinner salad. My body was more than satisfied, good classic juke box with all the right tunes. Visit this historic gem for great food, great service, and wonderful Arcata, California atmosphere.

(March 19, 2017, 11:50 pm)WARNING: THE RESTAURANT IS NEXT DOOR - That being said the restaurant is extremely cozy with the chairs and tables. The server was very nice and friendly even to the rude guests. We had the po' boy sandwich and the chickafee sandwich. Both sandwiches were so good it should almost be criminal. With the sandwiches we ordered a couple of drink, a mixed margarita that you can order to be strawberry, mango or both! Lastly, we had an appetizer of bacon fries and they were so good! They come in a huge batch so you could enjoy then with a few beers or drinks! Overall, the service was awesome the food even more so!
