Keto Chef Meal Prep

I had the stuffed peppers for dinner last night.👍 Flavorful. Good presentation. This is my 3rd meal from KETO Chef Meal Prep, all 3 have been excellent. I’ll be a returning regular customer. Thank you guys and keep up the good tasting food.

The food is amazing and filled with variety and most importantly, flavor. It is very obvious that only top of the line ingredients are being used here. The prices are very affordable and the meals are packaged conveniently to the point where I only have to throw them in the microwave and they are ready to eat. How easy is that?

The owner is very friendly to everyone who walks through the door and you can tell he is very passionate about what he does. I've known Glenn for years and he is one of the kindest, most caring individuals that I have ever met.

The employees are very helpful as well and work very hard and take pride in making the meals look as visually appealing as possible.

The kitchen is very organized and very clean at all times and it's obvious this is a top priority.

How Glenn and the keto chef plan made life better and easier
Short version: if you eat only what is in the box you will lose weight faster than most other methods.

My ideal weight range is 185-190
I eat whatever I like for 6-12 months until…...

The day my scale says 205 I call Glenn and order me those keto boxes.

I eat what comes in the box and only what comes in the box.

With little to no exercise I can make my 15-20lb drop in about 6 weeks every time.

I no longer worry too much about my diet most of the year and have been doing this for 2-3 years.

Glen was extremely informative and he has a huge heart. He really loves what he does. I am so thankful for his keto meals. I lost about 30 pounds in 45 days by eating only his meals and going to the gym. I used to go to the gym and not see results but now it's really effective
