Paco's Tacos Taqueria

I loved the shrimp tacos so much I came back the very next day to enjoy them again! Fresh, extremely flavorful and authentic!

Best Chili Stuffing in the County. And a variety of sauces and fresh water. Delicious!

High white beamed ceiling and large room. Menu on wall is high and somewhat difficult to read Order at the counter and food brought out to table on ceramic plates. Nice thick chips with great flavor provided. Salsa bar with a dozen different items, including peppers and pico. Some sauces are quite hot and a wonderful range of colors to behold.
We ordered a pastor super burrito, relleno combo, coke and strawberry horchata. Food came out fairly fast and friendly. with only two other tables occupied. Pastor was firm and well grilled, but only about twenty percent of the filling with rice beans and lettuce. Rice was soft and fluffy, beans were good with whole beans mixed in. Poblano relleno had very good firm white cheese filling and great sauce. Combo plate included large thick soft maize tortillas, which were most excellent. The horchata was smooth and flavorful.
They have applied for a liquor license.
We like them and will return to try other menu items.

We got a variety of tacos (pastor, pollo adobado, and one I can’t remember). All were phenomenal! The pastor is served with the option of grilled pineapple which was fresh and sweet. Warm, homemade chips and an excellent salsa bar. Very friendly staff!
