Sushi Spot Eureka

We decided on takeout since we had a few errands. I took a chance on the chefs special even though I did feel bad not eating it right then and there. It is PHENOMENAL. I've had sushi all around California and it's good, but this is great. The girls up front are so sweet. I'm a guest in Eureka and I'm so impressed with the food and people. I love it here

Excellent food! Their fried sushi rolls are delicious and the service was great even though they were extremely busy. I love sitting in their outdoor covered patios with the string lighting and outdoor heating. I highly recommend!

Second time eating here. Good food. Ordered the Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura, Miso Soup and the Sweet Potatoe Roll (vegetarian). Last time we got (2) of the Monster Rolls (Deep fried...non vegetarian). Everything I've had from here has been good.
It is rather pricey, imo. I don't find that it is sensational for its price, however I understand that the restaurant business needs to make money too.
Atmosphere is nice. Wait staff is polite and knowledge of their menu.
I absolutely recommend this place.

We came in and it was pretty busy but withing only minutes we were seated and had sake and a couple of oyster shooters before us. The sushi was fantastic and the house specials looked so good we tried all of them. The staff was wonderful, the restaurant was very clean and welcoming. One of the best places to get sushi anywhere and the sake as well as draft and bottled beer choices are always nice. The kitchen makes some great dishes if sushi isn't your thing I would still highly recommend going as there will be many other things to choose from.

The wait was forever long for a table of 2. But definitely well worth it. Will definitely go back just will make reservations next time lol.
