We were traveling on vacation and our daughter's boyfriend recommended this place because he is from Fortuna. He did not stir us wrong. We loved everything about this place; the ambience, the food, doggie dining area, drinks, but most of all Cherie. Cherie and I hit it off the moment we met. If she wasn't working so hard we could have talked forever. Cherie thanks for honoring your son and our vets the way you have. You are a kindred spirit! I hope our paths cross again someday.

Went here during salmon Complex fire and the restaurant was full filling an very large order for the fire fighters staying in town at the time. Our food and service was still top notch. Go Cal Fire Thanks for all you do

Good menu, great customer service, good outdoor eating. Staff were very responsive and great! Fun brunch food and the Humboldt burger looked impressive! They have a section of outdoor eating for folks with dogs. After lunch, we walked along the nearby river.

Good breakfast place, nice portions, good service. We got the combos and they were accommodating to modifications. The french toast is really good, must try.

Love Hot Brew. I've been going there for years. Great food, staff is friendly, and Cheri the owner is the greatest. They just added a dog friendly eating area. My little Dixie loved getting kisses from Cheri and attention from the staff.
