Six Rivers Brewery

The brew with a view was great. I got the Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. It was delicious. To drink I got the 10 beer sampler. Six Rivers has so many unique and tasty beers that this was a great way to try most of them. I sat outside and the environment was great. A friendly person at the next table even let me have a slice of their pizza which was also fantastic. Would highly recommend this place.

We were a little nervous after seeing some of the previous reviews, but our experience was fantastic! We’re in town for a couple days while visiting Redwoods NP, and we were in desperate need of good burgers and local beer. This place was great for both. The bartender who took our order was very friendly and welcoming. We had a 17 year old with us, so we sat inside. The food came out quickly, and the beers were very good, especially the Rosie Strawberry one. We’re hoping to visit this place again soon!

Read some of the negative reviews and my experience could not have been more opposite. We stopped by while visiting Cal Poly Humboldt and will definitely make this a regular stop while in the area. There is a great patio and a good amount of room inside. The person who took our order could not be more friendly and made some excellent recommendations. I tried the Hazy IPA and paired with the fried chicken sandwich. My son had the 3-alarm burger. The food came out fairly quickly and was quite delicious. In fact, the seasoning on the fries was the bomb . TBH, If we lived in the area, I could see this as a regular spot.
