    Top notch sushi! Their Alaskan Thunder roll has so many layers of flavor. You can taste each ingredient in it, yet it feels light as a feather. My favorite sushi roll I’ve ever had! Will definitely be going back!

    I love it here. Just doesnt have a great sushi feel, but I love the food. I get it to go more than I eat there

    Superb sushi, service, and prices. Alaskan Thunder was our favorite roll, but all were excellent. Sienna provided amazing service and recommendations. Spent $40 / person after tip which was very reasonable for everything we got. Local ice cream from Arcata was delicious. Jacob, Connor and Jason are top notch sushi chefs. A definite gem in Nor Cal.

    The Sushi Spot in McKinleyville prepares food comparable to the best places in San Francisco. Sometimes the service is slow but that is only because their food is so fabulous that they can't keep up with demand. There is usually a wait to be seated/served.

    Sushi spot is amazing!!! Delicious food is of amazing quality, I have not had a bad experience in the 2 years I've been going there. The staff is very friendly and especially during this time of pandemic their curbside takeout service has been excellent as well. I highly recommend the sushi platter especially the sushi monsters
