El Pollo Loco

Extremely pleased with our experience here. No comparison with the Pollo Loco locations in LA. 🍽My friends and I were nicely welcomed here☺️. Our server was super nice. The dining room was clean🧼🧹. The soda machine worked perfectly. Our order was given how we asked. Our food looked very good and fresh. Employees know what they are doing and know how to give great costumer service. The locations in LA should take notes from this Pollo Loco employees located In Bishop CA. We would definitely pay a visit to this location on our next trip.🛣☺️

The service was good but the chicken was dry in my tostada, the only thing that had flavor was the salsa.
I'd never had El Pollo Loco because the town I live in doesn't have it, the closest is 2 hours away so I was excited to try it, it was a let down.

Super fast, good food, and this location was kept so clean and bright. Biggest applause to Claudia - she was so friendly to everyone, and you could tell she knew the regulars. Definitely a new favorite spot.

Bishop location maintains
the high standards and quality of food that is part of the franchise. I visited on November 7th around 1:30ish. Every employee showed a vibrant personality, took special time to understand the order and engaged professionally.

I ordered the pollo chicken bowl with chickless meat, kids drumstick, pollo bowl no chicken and sub 🥑 and sub pinto beans for black beans. Presentation is good, food is meh. Since the food is typically healthier, the restaurant is recommended.
