Molcajetes Fusion

This is my favorite restaurant in Bishop. My fiancé and I drive a couple hours just to eat here! The chefs here know what they are doing. The food is always amazing and the restaurant is always clean. Stop by here if your ever in the area, you won’t be disappointed.

Honestly the BEST guacamole I’ve ever had! The fish tacos were also amazing. Highly recommend!

Healthy option in Bishop!

My wife doesn’t eat dairy or meat but she does eat seafood. We had been eating poorly all week while visiting but then found this place and finally had a satisfying healthy meal.

Shrimp and Fish Tacos were amazing and the ceviche was perfect.

It was a little pricey but you understand why when you get your dish. Top quality stuff made very well. Everything from the main dish to the veggies to the potato salad was so on point. I absolutely loved everything here. Not to mention the place was super clean and the service was friendly. Loved it!

Great service, our waitress was so kind and accommodating. The salsa served with the chips was really great and tasted homemade. I got the shrimp tacos and the shrimp were cooked so perfectly. I dont know what creamy sauce they put on top but it was so bomb. I love Jamaica and they have that here! A great big serving of it too as well as Horchata and Tamarindo. Everything was super delicious and I would definitely love to stop here again.
