Change in their menu a lot to give you a lot of great options

They are fast, courteous and always make sure to be kind to you with a smile. I always know I am going to get great service here. They are the best in Bakersfield in my opinion.

I can't eat pork so I asked that the bacon be removed (it's not that I don't like it, I CAN'T eat it) they got it wrong so I took it up to get it fixed. Got it back and it had more bacon that the first one. Asked for the money back for it (I'll go somewhere else) unfortunately the money won't be back on my card for 3-7 days and I spent what I had left...so now, I can't go somewhere else. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the cashier was cool.

O have got to say I was visiting family in Bakersfield. We went to Jack in the Box the service was amazing. This was the best service we have ever received from any Jack in the box. Just a shame we had to go a the way to Bakersfield to get this kind of service. I wish that all Jack in the boxes had better service like this one. The food order was completely correct. Great job to all that work at that Jack in the box. I will definitely go there again next time I'm in town.

Food was fine. Free coffee refills. I visit Bakersfield California when I need a quiet place to relax 2 or 3 times a year. Reasonable customer service. I don't care what you say behind my back- it's none of my business, but I do expect reasonable customer service where I do business or spend money. Hell, I might like you but I respect everyone until they give me a reason not to.
