Ono Hawaiian BBQ

I had been wanting to try this place and finally got the chance yesterday. Had the Katsu beef short ribs with rice and macaroni salad. The plain sticky rice with soy sauce was okay, the macaroni salad was flavorless, and the beef "short ribs"were 3 thin strips of meat cut on the parallel of the ribs, having a bit of meat with 3 thin rib bones across each strip surrounded by a layer of fat and gristle around the outer edges. The atmosphere and service was great so it's too bad the food wasnt so good. Sorry Ono.

First time being here and we loved it. Food was excellent. We got 2 family meals for 8 people. Teriyaki and Katsu sauce are free and unlimited drinks. I should have taken pictures of our meal but we all started digging in. I did uploaded the menu. I would recommend this place if you love Hawaiian food.

The food is really good... the prices aren't bad, but we waited for 40 minutes to receive our food after ordering. I'm not sure if that is typical. I will try again.

Hands down one of my favorite places to eat. The foods is always good reminds of some meals ive had with some real good people. Food is full of flavor just all around good food

I ordered a barbecue combo, and it was served quickly. The food was very good, but had a couple of chewy parts, due to the cuts involved. The restaurant was nice and clean, and service was excellent. For what you get, the prices were fair. I would recommend it to others.
