This was an amazing experience. The bartender on the rooftop were great. I'm not too familiar with the area but the duo of Brandy and Kaila (hope I spelled that right) matches me feel like I was home. Thank you!
Love the Padre! We girls go each August to celebrate birthdays. The rooms are spacious and the beds are like sleeping on a soft cloud.
The service from the front counter, bartenders, servers, room service to housekeeping is outstanding! The food is absolutely devine.
We look forward every year to our crazy girls weekend at the Padre!
Thank you to Morgan, Ashe, Robert, Victoria and Eddie. Your friendliness, kindness and attention to the details is appreciated!
Great little place downtown. We just went in for drinks and food, but I wished we woulda stayed here. Happy hour is a damn fine value. Wait staff and bartender were super attentive even tho it was busy. There is a nice bar menu, but if the prices aren't to your liking, there is a small Cafe on the other side of the pool table. I guess my only complain are the acoustics. It was busy and super loud. We were sitting at a two top and I couldn't carry on a conversation with my wife without feeling I needed to shout. Every table was full on a Sat around 6pm, so that's good for them!
Very clean. The hosts were gracious and gave us rooms on the upper floors. This hotel is the center of activities and a weekend hub with the dance floor and bars. So being up high ensured our rooms were quiet.
The mattress was super comfortable. It is a foam memory mattress with a thick pad. It’s like being cuddled in softness all night. Plenty of full-size pillows.
The hotel is within easy walking distance to the Fox theatre.
This is not the typical cookie cutter hotel.
This was a good experience. Staff was super accommodating. Room was truly 5-star clean. Food selections were also good. A very quiet room. Convenient location.
