Vida Vegan Eatery

It can be tough driving down I-5 without resorting to mediocre fast food and gas station snacks, especially if you're vegan. With a 15 minute detour, my wife, our dogs, and I stopped for a quick bite. Well worth it. The food was absolutely delicious and the desserts were even better. We stayed on the patio as to not be rude with the dogs, but with the 90° heat, Mao greeted us with an ice cold hibiscus tea on the house. After a quick conversation, I couldn't tell if he was the owner or an outstanding employee. Vida Vegan Eatery will now be a staple in our often cross state drive.

Loved it The owner came over and talked with us about his experience going vegan, he was so helpful and gave excellent tips on where to find certain products. The young man after front desk was very personable as well We will definitely be back food was great.

Food is great, everything I've tried has been very tasty. The service could definitely improve, they need more people to speed up the time for orders. Even simple and easy to prepare orders such as desserts and ice cream seem to take long. No cutlery or napkins available for customers to grab, you have to ask for them. These were their Chilli-cheese fries which I asked for them spicy and added the avocado, they were amazing!! This is big enough to share amongst two people.

Delicious food. Good service, nice people. They make you feel at home. The drinks are served in large mason jars, which I really enjoyed. Good portions. However, pricey. Make sure you have a buck or two saved up for this place. Other than that, it's great. Nice music too. I ordered a chick'n sandwich with a salad and it was really tasty. For dessert, I had carrot cake. It came fast and tastes amazing.

All the items on the menu look great! We aren't vegans and we loved the food. Both our food was delicious. Good prices and nice ambiance with some lively music. We'll definitely be coming back to try the other things on the menu.
