(February 28, 2022, 12:21 am)I will admit the food is top tier, I gave it a 3 star because they have poor business management. I made two separate trips to cal city (an hour+ drive), just for them to be closed during their normal business hours. Believe me when I say that the food is worth the trip but due to their poor business skills I would be amazed if they stay in business if they don’t change how they’re running this business. At the very least accommodate their customers who really try to support small businesses such as this one. Good luck to this food joint because you will need it.

(December 20, 2021, 10:20 pm)This is definitely a hidden gem in California City. I live in Tehachapi and this is definitely worth the drive. I had the Catfish that came with two side yams and greens. The food is fresh and made to order. I will be back again soon to try other menu items.
