“First off... Susanville needs Bings! Happy to have real alternative for food selection in area and will support Bings for that reason alone (in addition to our primo Boardroom and White House offerings... now we just need a live entertainment venue and decent watering hole (remember the Pioneer?)). The nitty gritty: Bings prepared the food ordered on time, with methodical precision and in an appealing presentation. Seafood products are fresh, look right and prepared appropriately, as sushi needs to be. Watched chief's work, nice knife handling and assembly and proportions. Rice is right also (which is as critical as seafood being fresh). Staff is polite and welcoming. The eating part is great! Everything as it should be (acknowledging this is Susanville and not The City, regardless of that this place rocks sushi and sashimi!!)!”

“I will go here any day over subway!! The family that owns this are so kind and friendly! Although they no longer do online ordering the owners kind son informed me we can phone in orders. When I did do online ordering the female owner would always call me and let me know if she was out of certain items which is super amazing because subway will not call you and they will just not make your food at all, so you end up driving all the way there just to not get anything!! Don't waste your time on subway go to port of sub's!! The restaurant is clean, the owners are friendly and kind and my Sandwiches always come out bomb!!! Fresh food and ingredients! “Friendly owner and lots of vegan options! They gave me veggie-fried rice (no egg) on the house! A $10 dish otherwise! I ordered the sweet and sour tofu and my friend ordered broccoli with cashews. Tofu was DEFINITELY more on the sweet side than sour haha but tasted great mixed with the fried rice! Each serving is a LOT of food enough for 2 people easily. I eat a lot more than others and i STILLhad leftovers for lunch! Good value, good variety, great taste.”

“I've been here twice. The first time I got pad thai, and it tasted nothing like pad thai. It was edible, but nothing like any other thai restaurant. The second time I got Garlic Lovers with tofu, which had to be the most uninspired thai meal I've ever had. Frozen peas, carrots, and broccoli with a mystery sauce, and crunchy garlic bits on top (and tofu added). If you've eaten thai anywhere else, this is edible, but can't compete. The food lacks the flavor of traditional thai restaurants. Staff is friendly and there seems to be quite a regular clientele. Maybe the american meals are better?”
