IHOP

It was just like any other IHOP. Clean and all that. The staff wasn't very friendly. I only saw my waitress 3 times. Took my order, brought my order, brought my check. And the manager was speaking badly about the employees and the guests in Spanish assuming that no one would understand him. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either.

The staff were very nice, the place was clean and the coffee was delicious. Our food came in a reasonable amount of time and our quiet was attentive. Overall great experience.

Located off the 101 freeway at Kanan Rd. Easy access off and on freeway. Clean and nicely decorated restaurant. Parking adequate, but can be congested at times due to other stores and restaurants sharing the same parking lot.
Hostess and waitresses/waiters polite and efficient. Food cooked well and was plated nicely.
Once food was ordered, didn't have to wait long before we received our entrees.

Good breakfast. Reasonable prices. Good staff. Near 101 freeway so easy on and off. Access to the parking is tricky the first time because of the traffic patterns and islands at the intersection. It's not very visible from the street.
