Definitely will come here again😋best chicken sandwiches
Ordered the half chicken extra hot and solo tender mild. Got to say I loved the chicken. Nice crunch, juicy and great base flavors to both bone in and the tender. My issue is with the dry spices. The extra hot was not very hot and since only dry sauces, didn’t add much. The come back sauce is basically “1000 island”, which the cashier said exactly that and big sexy is buffalo sauce, again as cashier described them. Would have been nice if there was some uniqueness to the sauces and/or able to choose heat levels to add the needed kick. The spicy Kringle cut fries were pretty good though.
The biggest issue was probably the wait time. About 30 - 40 min wait time. I assumed it was for the bone in chicken, but was told that it was for the fries which seemed a little weird, since many others got their orders before us even though they ordered after us. I guess will have to order ahead next time or do some shopping after ordering.
First time at restaurant. I ordered the Chicken Sandwich with Fries. Having coleslaw in my sandwich was a new experience, different. I assumed it was going to be a side dish. I think I would have preferred it on the side. A lady sitting next to me was also eating here for the first time and had mac n cheese in her sandwich. BUT the french fries were way toooooooo spicy. They had a red powdered spice on them. It completely ruined my lunch. I should have stopped and not finished them, but I didn't want to waste my food. I think this is their regular recipe for their fries. Good thing I asked for a non-spicy sandwich! If you like it hot and spicy, this place is for you! Otherwise, don't ask for fries!
In my opinion probably the best place for fried chicken sandwiches. Every thing is full of flavor. Not overwhelmingly greasy and the chicken has a nice crisp.
Coleslaw has a hint of vinegar flavor which combines very well with the chicken.
The potato salad has bacon bits in it
The Mac n cheese nice and cheesy. Definitely has that cheesy flavor just like it should.
Quality is consistent. Everything always taste the same
