Good food, generous portion, Inexpensive, friendly service. What more can you ask for a decent meal?

~The best noodle house in that area & at a great price. They serve all kind of Asian style noodles & fried rices. They also sale cooked chicken, duck & crispy pork to take home.
~My favorite dish - fried pork chop w/ big yellow noodle "DRY"(so the pork stays crispy). It taste so yummy w/ a touch of black vinegar.

Portion and flavor good but what really bothers me is how they serve the hot food in plastic bowls and tea in plastic cups. Use common sense please owner. Overtime it will slowly leach into the food. Owner please change to porcelain and will come back.

Like many others, I have been a loyal Kim Tar fan since the 1980's. To this day, the BBQ Pork Egg Noodle soup is still my favorite soup bar none. Whenever I am near there, I always pick up two orders to go. The house special chow mein is also a favorite as is the roast duck. There used to be at least a couple of other Kim Tars (LA, Rowland Heights) which were also good (but interestingly enough, a little different tasting) and there is still one apparently in the City of Industry on Valley (but have never been to that one).
