Good selection of Bangladeshi n Desi groceries , delicious food to go .
Good people but not too neat as it should be in LA. They put sugar in everything. So if you have diabetes, you should better avoid this place
Beef curry was superb! You will know that you are having Bangladeshi curry- not any Indian/ Pakistani curry. We loved it so much!
Staffs are VERY friendly.
The only thing they can improve is they can keep the bathroom cleaner.
1. PLENTY of parking.
2. EASY access to and in the business.
3. The food is ready-zero wait time. YAAAY! I'm hungry...NOW!
4. The staff is not fake. No fake smiles, no corporate customer service policy protocol, no politics. None of that BS.
5. The guy behind the counter will tell you in English what the food is-necessary for me cuz I'm American w/little knowledge of this type of food, and if it is spicy.
6. Grab your own utensils and a can of soda from the fridge.
7. Safe to take women and children and the elderly there.
8. Relaxing and casual. No loud or obnoxious music.
9. Simple. Uncomplicated.
10. If you are not of this culture this is a great establishment to visit-it is extremely open and spacious inside and you and your friends/loved ones can explore the interesting items on the shelves.
Some menu items are more expensive. I posted my $15 receipt-but understand that the goat curry IS more expensive than other items AND I got the hollow filled pastry. You will not need to spend this much money per person.
We visited this place on March 15, 2018. People who usually crave Bangladeshi food come here to eat as well as takeout traditional Bangladeshi food. The taste of the food is good. You will get 2 / 3 types of Pilau, Lentils, Mutton Curry, Fish Curry, Chicken and Mutton Biriyani and Bangladeshi Sweets at Little Dhaka. However, the restaurant ambiance isn’t pleasant enough. It's like takeout style, there's no air conditioning inside and the price seems a little expensive. We can say that the food is good but the overall environment isn't impressive.
