“Visiting for vacation and really wanted tacos, so glad I found this place!!! The service was great but the tacos were out of this world! Ordered the guac + chips which were delicious too. Do yourself a favor and try this place! You will not be disappointed! Best tacos in Beverely Hills!!!”

“Beautiful space, the views are incredible, good service. I ordered the beet salad, this was really good, and the sea bass with eggplant and couscous, I probably wouldn't order this item again. The bass was not moist, my dinner guest ordered french fries, they were a bit salty. Our waitress was extremely nice, she was able to bring another order of fries without salt. 5 stars for the ambience and views.”

“Margaritas Kitchen is one of the 5 food trucks that you will find on Mulholland Drive just east of Beverly Glen. These Trucks serve the construction workers, Service Vehicles, and local residents. I live nearby and have sampled the food at each Truck. Margaritas is by far the best in my opinion. I have been buying lunch there for about 12 years. Very authentic Mexican dishes that are delicious combined with traditional American foods really stand out. A great selection of ice cold drinks and snacks line the side of the Truck. I usually get a Chicken Burrito which comes with chips and Salsa, cucumber and radish chips, peppers, and green salsa. My wife loves the homemade Nopalas which is a very traditional Mexican dish made from the Opuntia Cactus, a dish you won't find in most Mexican Restaurants. The woman who runs the show is Margarita and she is always the nicest person you would want to deal with. The prices are quite reasonable and the food is quality par excellence. Last week I stopped by for a Burrito and they were putting a new colorful wrap on the Truck and it looks great. Parking is available nearby at all times. Highly recommended.”

“Wondering why you've never heard of Gonpachi? No advertising, at all. Like the Japanese restaurants of its homeland, Gonpachi goes on word of mouth and pride, so this unbelievably gorgeous and delightfully tasty $15mil dollar establishment is unknown to even the most informed restaurant goers. With all the buzz in Hollywood about places like Koi, Katsuya, and Benihana, it's amazing to find a place like Gonpachi - hands down the most beautiful of them all, with a cuisine that rivals ANY restaurant in LA - hidden on the very same restaurant row that makes all the other places famous. When you step into Gonpachi's courtyard, you feel like you've stepped into the heart of a real traditional Japanese home -- with a Koi pond and beautiful gardens surrounding a little stone bridge that leads to the front entrance. Walk into the main restaurant and most people I've been with comment about how it feels like they're on a set -- like the ambience is just too good to be true. The main dining room has a wrap-around two-story deck and the main floor rests underneath a black ceiling, so it feels like you're outside under the night sky. Pretty much the whole first fifteen minutes your there is spent appreciating the ambience, and I can't stress that enough. But you haven't even had half the experience of Gonpachi until you get to the food. Between the two sushi bars and the special charcoal grill, you get a wide-ranging menu with tons of options and flavors -- ALL fantastic (and trust me, I live 2 blocks away so I've had the run of the menu). Prices range from low to pretty high, depending on what you get (wagyu beef anyone?), and if you wanna keep it really casual the bar is fantastic. $3 beers and sakes, with a tasty little bar menu that has samplings of their sushi and kushi offerings all in the $6-12 range. As an added bonus, the bar's deck overlooks the koi pond, so it makes for a great casual date spot. Service is not traditional Japanese, but the waiters, waitresses, and managers are all really enthusiastic, knowledgable, and helpful (remember, no advertising, so they're doing all they can to rock your world so you go home and tell your friends). Bottom line, this is my favorite place in LA, and it can be yours too...”

“I went down there today and it's in a cloud kitchen called Bites on Superior with other restaurants that opened in Feb. (see my review on that). This is the first location and it's based out of L.A. I had the burger combo meal. The fries (steak cut) were nice & hot. The buns were a little cold but everything was great. PS. I tried to order take out on grubhub after nine last night and it didn't take it and it didn't state the hrs. for that either.”

“Wasn't sure what to expect from this historic and lovely location in the heart of Beverly Hills. I was presently surprised by the creative and delicious food, as well as the well appointed wine list with many classic and excellent wine producers. I was most pleased with the friendly and accommodating service. This will definitely be in my regular special occasion rotation.”

“I visited this lovely place located in Beverly Hills on official business. I met with the COO & he was such a beautiful person. I was dressed very casual in jeans & he offered me a table before I was able to identify myself. I've never been greeted with so much respect regardless of my appearance. In the world we live in nowadays is very much appreciated not been judged by my wardrobe. I'm hoping to go back but this time off the clock for dinner!”

“This is one of those places where you take your first bite and you instantly feel that “OH MY GOD” feeling - it’s THAT good. You can taste the freshness in the fish and the rice is perfectly done. This is one of my personal favorite sushi spots. I recommend the roll with the gold flakes (forgot the name) it’s definitely one of my favorites.”

“Dishes could use more thought and intent. Middle Eastern food is all about the balance between salt, lemon oil. It was missing here for the favor of sugar and balsamic reductions. First, make good humus then we talk.”

“They got our order during lunch and weren’t open, but offered to refund us AND make it for us on dinner instead. BEST bang for your buck ever!!! High quality fish and sushi (enjoyed the spicy tuna & salmon roll) at reasonable prices and amazing customer service. We will be back again and again and again. It’s Sugarfish for when you don’t want to break the bank.”
